Just to say thanks

I started using your company about 18 months ago after I was so disappointed with British gas. I explained I had a number of Let properties in the Southampton Area. What I needed was a company that would do what they say. I wanted a company that would accept a phone call from one of my tenants and resolve the problem without the need for me to be contacted to confirm that it was okay to attend. I lead a busy life and it is solutions that I need not problems. Since you have been looking after me and my tenants I have very few problems. My tenant would say that you are the best thing since sliced bread. You come when you say you will and provide a clean and professional service. Earlier this week I received a phone call from British Gas offering me a reduced price if I would go back with them. I had great pleasure in telling them why would I go to a second class service when I have the best. I felt really good about telling them that. Thanks you you and the team. The job was done less than 24 hours after I enquired which was great. Plumber was very friendly and professional and did a great job installing our new tap. Was only a small job so we were really grateful Brennan and Son was so responsive and were able to fit us in.

I spoke with Sarah who was very helpful after our boiler decided to stop working. After it was deemed to be replaced, she did everything she could to try and get it done as soon as possible and despite a small wait which was out of her control, we now have a new boiler which is very modern and much more effective. The plumber was very polite and kept disturbance to a minimum. Would happily use their service again!

We used Brennan and Son to fit a new central heating system in our house. Price was excellent for the amount of work involved and to a very high standard with such attention to detail. Adam was courteous, friendly and very professional – examined the issues and my flats dodgy plumbing and was able to not only install my dishwasher and fix the leak but install my new mixer tap too.
